PLEASE NOTE our procedures for booking:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of cancellation policy, kindly email or call your therapist.

You can book a consultation session with the therapist of your choice to see if they are a good fit.

If you do not require a consultation session, you can book a one hour psychotherapy session with the therapist of your choice directly.

Prior to your first intake session, a consent to services form would be sent by your therapist. Kindly make sure to read it carefully and sign it.

The intake form has a section to fill out your credit card details. We require a credit card on file. This would make the payment process easier and smoother.

If you have booked with us before, please SIGN IN to make your bookings. The Sign In or Sign Up link is in the top right corner of your screen. If you see ‘My Account’ in the top right corner, you are already signed in! Your browser remembered your login in credentials and signed you in automatically. If that’s the case, go ahead and find a service below and a time and follow the steps to book!
If you are new to booking with us, please CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT first before booking. Start by clicking the ‘Sign In or Sign Up’ link in the top right of your screen. Then follow the steps to create an account. Once your account is created, click the Book Appointment button to choose from our services.
